1. Securing Your Sanctuary

Your journey begins with a private reservation through StayNorth.com. Once confirmed with our partner Staynorth, you can harmonize your arrival details with your broader travel itinerary, ensuring a seamless transition from the world you’re leaving behind to the stillness of the North.

2. Choosing Your Approach

• The Independent Journey: For those who value the freedom of the open Arctic road, you may arrive at our private gated parking estate in your own vehicle.

• Chauffeur & Shuttle: For a more effortless transition, we offer a curated airport transfer service (additional fees apply). Our drivers will meet you directly at Ivalo (IVL) or Alta (ALF), allowing you to begin your retreat the moment you land.

3. The Final Ascent: Arctic Transition

Because the Four Cabin House is a true wilderness retreat, the final kilometer is an experience in itself. To protect the integrity of the fell and ensure your comfort, our team will meet you at the estate’s base to escort you and your belongings via specialized Arctic transport:

• The Summer Arctic: Transition via All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) through the lush, high-altitude tundra.

• The Deep Winter: Arrive via snowmobile and heated sled, gliding across the snow-hushed landscape to your doorstep.

4. Departure & Return

On your final day, we will coordinate a private collection from the cabin at your preferred hour. We ensure a smooth, dignified transition back to your vehicle or directly to the airport, leaving you with nothing but the silence of the fells.

A Note on Mobility

While your initial arrival and final departure transfers are inclusive, the estate’s private parking area is within a scenic walking distance should you wish to explore the region during your stay. Should you require additional escorted transfers—whether for supplies or excursions—simply notify the Stay North team. We are dedicated to accommodating your pace.
